I ran into jazz icon, George Benson in the hotel lobby. It’s good to see old friends. We discussed playing together again at some point.

Anybody that knows me knows that i have been on a spiritual search for balance and very intrigued by energy fields through music and life itself, that is the reason for this chakra picture, if you don’t know anything about this diagram i would recommend you to do some research on it, you’ll be amazed of how everyday living will change just by applying some of these energy forces in your life, trust me!
